The UEFA EURO 2020 (TM) Soccer European Championship is the first ever soccer festival held in 12 cities in 11 European countries this summer. In the WOWOW, all 51 games will be broadcast live from the opening match on June 12 to the final on July 12. This tournament will be attended by 24 nations that have won the qualifying round, but currently only 20 nations have decided to participate. The final qualifying for the last four countries will be held in March, and all participating countries will be aligned. This time, UEFA EURO 2020 (TM) official ambassador Luis Figo has decided to visit Japan. It has been decided that the studio live appearance on “Luis Figo Emergency Students! WOWOW European Soccer Special-Euro 2020 & Classico” will be broadcast on March 1.
